Thank you for coming to Cedar Hill Ceramics. The idea for this website
was conceived in 1998, when I began the hobby of painting functional
ceramics. I found a studio where I could go and spend hours and hours
painting and not feel tired at the end of the day. I enjoyed painting so
much that I needed to develop a way to do it more often and more
economically. Hence, setting up my own studio seemed a good idea, and
I have finally made my dream come true. Each of my ceramic pieces is
hand-painted and unique. The over glaze used on each piece is non-toxic
and food-safe. While in theory the pieces should survive the microwave
and dishwasher, I myself, opt to be safe, and hand wash all of them. Feel
free to browse. My hope is that you find a piece you will enjoy having as much as I enjoyed making it for you.
