Due to ceramics pieces’ fragility, all items will be double boxed and packed with the utmost care to ensure, within reason, their safe and intact arrival to the purchaser. Unforeseen events, however, can occur to prevent this, and damage can happen. If the buyer wishes to purchase insurance, we can arrange it and then inform the buyer of the adjusted shipping costs, prior to actual shipping.
Payment Options:
Since this business is fairly young, at this time, we are only accepting PayPal as payment, and all payments must be made in advance of shipping. We hope, in the future, to be able to accept credit cards and Money Orders in payment, in addition to PayPal. Thank you for your understanding.
